We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for any payments due to return or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Syna is not responsible for your returns until they land at our warehouse, so any lost returns will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be given on return shipments.

To complete a return, follow these simple steps:

Complete our returns form which will be located in your original delivery (If no returns form is included please email support@syna.store to receive a new one).

Depending on your shipping carrier, it may take some time to receive your return or exchange, so please bear with us. We will try to process this as quickly as we can.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ClearPay Returns

Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice. If you've returned items from an order paid for with ClearPay, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned on their website or portal. 

You'll automatically receive a reminder if the date that your payment is due passes. 

If you've received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact ClearPay Customer Service. 

If you're waiting for your refund: you'll get an updated invoice once your return has been processed by us. You'll receive your refund within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that Clearpay are independent payment companies and Syna has no influence over whether your payment is accepted or not.
